The firm follows a principal-led model. Kenneth Morris remains directly involved in strategy, senior advice, sensitive engagement and the management of each principal mandate.
Where specialist capability is required, we assemble appropriate legal, policy, research, media, financial or regional expertise around the assignment.
We accept a limited number of mandates to preserve senior attention, discretion and quality of execution.
